David has over 25 years' experience in finance and economics, 20 of which were in investment markets. David has been responsible for building the CIPL Group. He holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Diploma in Corporate Management. David is also treasurer of the Home Support Association.

Robert has a passion for people, and helping them meet their financial goals. Prior to financial planning, Robert spent many years in treasury and fund management roles. He is tertiary qualified (in economics), and holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFA) designation from the Financial Planning Association of Australia.

Sue holds an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and has undertaken further study to specialise in financial and technical analysis and superannuation. Having worked in small business for over 25 years', Sue's business acumen combined with financial planning skills, make her a valuable asset to our team.

Chris is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Certified Financial Planner. He has more than 25 years' experience providing personal financial planning and investment advice and had a particular interest in helping with family wealth management, including estate planning.

Chris Heyworth

Dean has a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked as an accountant for many years.  He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), Diploma of Financial Planning, is a Certified Practising Accountant and has also undertaken additional study in relation to self-managed superannuation funds.  Dean is passionate about financial markets, business and the economy.  He is a very keen supporter of the Western Bulldogs in the AFL and in a past life was; a Premier Grade cricketer in Melbourne, a fishing guide in the top end of Australia including The Kimberley and a scratch handicap golfer.

Josh is a qualified Financial Adviser, having joined the company in 2011. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and has completed an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning. Josh is a relationship-focused adviser, assisting clients achieve their desired lifestyle through strategic financial management. He's a friendly, outgoing person and when he's not working, you'll likely find him playing football or out on the golf course!

Stephen Coniglione joined our firm in 2011. Stephen is a dedicated professional with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning. Stephen has progressed through client services, has prepared and implemented advice documents and is now a Financial Adviser. Stephen empowers his clients to help them understand the importance of the right strategy, structure and investments to build long-term wealth. Stephen provides a high level of support to assist clients achieve their needs and objectives.

Mark is an experienced adviser who previously worked within the Banking and Finance Sector. Mark has a particular interest in strategies for estate planning, superannuation (including Self-Managed Superannuation Funds) and wealth accumulation. Mark is also a member of the MFAA and an experienced Finance Broker who is able to assist with both residential and commercial borrowing arrangements. Mark works in our Melbourne office.

Mark Buisman

Scott has been in financial services since July 1992. Scott has worked in both industry and retail superannuation, accountancy aligned advisory groups, and Commonwealth Financial Planning in the Business and Premium Banking division, as a Business Financial Planner for 5 years. He specialises in personal/business risk advice, superannuation and mortgage broking. He has completed an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning and Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking.

Scott Plunkett

Risk Adviser/Mortgage Broker
Morgen joined us in 2006 after completion of a Bachelor of business and RG 146 diploma equivalent as set out by ASIC. She is experienced in providing specialist advice taking into consideration appropriate taxation of premiums and proceeds, suitable policy ownership and complex health scenarios. She provides advice in both the personal and business protection space, including business succession planning.  Morgen works in our Melbourne office.

Morgen Harris

Senior Risk Adviser
Amy has firsthand experience in client/technical services, along with processes including Centrelink, portfolio administration and product and needs analysis. Amy specialises in risk insurance after developing an interest during her Diploma of Financial Planning. She acknowledged the need for risk advice in order for her clients to reach their financial goals.
